Members of the Veritas Garden Team are at the center of this quality promise, and are responsible for cultivating the best cannabis available in the market. This takes dedication and constant attention to the small details that other companies sometimes ignore.
You will be tending to the garden, keeping a keen eye on plants in each cycle of cultivation. Working a team of like-minded individuals, you will accomplish task lists, verify quality of work, pay attention to the details and help to make sure the team keeps our garden functioning as one of the best in the state
Responsibilities:

- Water and feed plants according to established SOP documents
- Trim plants according to established SOP documents
- Stake plants according to established SOP documents
- Apply pesticides according to established SOP documents
- Communicate with garden team through consistent utilization of company forms
- Monitor plants for issues each day, communicating potential issues with garden leadership
- Transplant plants as required by grow schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support harvest team as directed

- Valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division KEY badge
- Minimum 2 years commercial cultivation experience
- Minimum 1 year experience working with Metrc
- A positive and pleasant attitude

Members of the Veritas Front of House Team are responsible for harvesting, curing, trimming, packaging and logging all product prior to its addition to the sales sheet each week. You are a team obsessed with quality, consistency and ensuring both while following all of the rules.
The Front of House department includes all activities that occur with the plant from the day it is harvested until the day it is sold and leaves the warehouse. In this short time with the product, we must ensure it is dried, cured, trimmed, packaged and fulfilled in a manner representative of the best product in the state.
Responsibilities

- Meet daily packaging goals as established by packaging manager
- Effectively weigh and place product into approved packaging
- Act as last line of defense for product quality control
- Communicate quality issues with manager immediately
- Ensure all packages are created to company standard
- Ensure all packages are boxed, cased, stored and recorded according to company standard
- Ensure company compliance standards are adhered to at all times

- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally

- Tackling basic design projects and edits
- Content adjustments

- Using website templates created by developers to add pop ups, merch items to store, etc.
- Organizing/deleting unwanted photography in digital Press Kit.
- Assisting Content Manager with photo editing.
- Assisting merch sale management, folding shirts and taking inventory, checking on inventory regularly, sending out orders
- Reviewing design items against compliance guidelines
- Photoshop revision of company photography
- InDesign formatting as appropriate
- Work related errands, picking up samples.

Responsibilities

- Compile data as needed for weekly marketing department report
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Fulfill outgoing merchandise orders
- Conduct inventory for all merchandise
- Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining database systems and resolving problems that may arise
- Conduct research and compile and present statistical reports. Field incoming customer comments, routing to appropriate team
- Conduct online audits of brand placement

- Support Content Manager by responding to online comments, logging for trends and creating content as assigned
